Enhance Workplace Dialogue

After reading so many sterile conversations, especially between junior professionals (but not only!) in corporate environments, arguing by email or chat with an audience as large as the entire company, I am working on a solution.

I am developing a 'communication checker' where GPT assesses whether the message could be understood as 'aggressive' (either passive or not) and if it is likely to amplify something that feels like a conflict, providing a warning to encourage more constructive communication.

Looking ahead, this concept could be expanded to enhance cultural nuances effectively, such as the Japanese one.

Hopefully, this approach has the potential to not only save costs but also prevent wasted time and a range of issues.
