This is a prototype where you can combine ChatGPT and your CRM.
The use case here is to leverage ChatGPT to help structure an oral report and post the content directly to a third-party tool (in this example, a Google spreadsheet).
Each meeting should address at least five key points. I configured ChatGPT to ensure they are covered. If ChatGPT assesses during the oral report that one of the points are missing, it will ask the speaker to clarify those points as part of the "conversation."
Whenever the conversation must stop to be processed as it is, the user simply has to say "over and out."
This is one of the many quick wins we will see when the proper use cases are addressed in our day-to-day life.
